We strongly recommend that you store your parasol when not in use, especially during winter months. We do not recommend leaving your parasol out in poor weather or unattended in furniture when a gust of wind could cause damage. You should ensure your parasol is clean and dry to prevent any mould or mildew forming when folded and stored.

Due to the large, bulky size of this product we can not deliver it to locations outside of the UK Mainland. This includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands. If you place an order for a bulky product such as Rattan, Sofas, Beds and Recliner chairs outside of the UK Mainland your order will be cancelled. We appreciate your understanding regarding this issue considering the difficult nature of delivering these large, bulky items. Orders for this item will be despatched on 2 separate deliveries as follows -
The larger part of your rattan set (Table and Parasol) will be delivered on a 2 man delivery service due to the size of the furniture. This is has a lead-time of 3-5 working days, once the couriers have the item at their delivery depot. The couriers will contact you directly to arrange the delivery.
The smaller items being the chairs and parasol base will be despatched on an overnight delivery service, and these will be delivered to you within 2-3 working days from placing your order (Pending Stock Availablilty)
