DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery costs for this product:
UNITED KINGDOM MAINLAND - £3.99 (excludes selected ‘remote areas’ of Scotland and Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands, and Northern Ireland)*
Any orders before 1pm will be dispatched within 1-3 days - Monday to Friday. The item will arrive within 5-7 business working days after purchase.
If you place your order on a Saturday or Sunday you can expect your item will be dispatched Wednesday at the latest, and therefore you should receive your item on the following Tuesday.
If the item shows a delivery on or before date, this indicates that it is on pre-sale and is currently on its way to our warehouse. The item will be delivered to your door on or before the date specified.
For example, if the item says delivery on or before 4 November, delivery will occur on or before the 4th November. If the delivery on or before date changes after you have purchased and we haven’t contacted you, your delivery date range remains the same as originally stated at the time of your order.
*This product is not available for delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Offshore Islands, certain ‘remote areas’ of Scotland and Scottish Highlands will incur a delivery surcharge from the courier.

Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, we’ll then confirm your eligibility for a refund and let you know how to return it to us.
You can return your order up to 28 days from the date of delivery.

This set came earlier than expected and it is fantastic. It was excellent value for money, and I didn’t think it would be as good as it is.
The table is sturdy and looks really on trend. And the chairs are fab too. I’m glad I got the dark grey as it breaks up all the white in my white kitchen!!
My husband put the table together in minutes. After reading other reviews I prepared him for the fact that the chairs might be trickier. The first one took him ten mins, the rest were quicker.
All in all I’m thrilled with the whole set, and amazed that it cost so little.
Very nice table and chair set. Well packaged and looks great. Was great value too. Chairs were a bit fiddly to assemble but that's my only minor criticism. Would definitely buy from Laura James again.

Quality of the wood is not good. Items are easily loosened and the wood is damaged

Beautiful sleek table and chairs easy to pur together. Would have been 5 stars but the table top arrived with a tiny mark in the corner where the surface has been scratched
Great table looks very smart in our living room. The light grey chairs gives it a light look and brightens up the room. My husband struggled putting together the chairs. It appears the instructions are not very good and he says they should be re-wrote. Apart from that I’m happy with the purchase!
Having been recommended by a friend I was very disappointed. Your delivery service and communication were lacking. The item arrived over a week late and I had to chase you for updates. One of the fixtures packs for one of the chairs had a whole section missing so I had to buy some short screws from a local hardware store in order to finish making the chair. One chair is incredibly crooked and the table is also wonky. We have had to add padding underneath two feet to stop it moving. One of the chair legs had splintered parts around the bolt holes. Overall not very impressed.
Delivery as advised, Laura James kept us updated nearer ETA. This really is a fantastic set for the money. It looks great in our kitchen. Table easy to assemble, chairs took a bit longer but once we sorted out the parts & worked out one chair (it would help if these were marked) we were on a roll.
Adjustable feet on the table help to stabilise it as it’s not the heaviest of materials. Likewise chairs could feel stronger but all in all I think it’s great value for money & looks great.
