Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 days - Monday to Friday. The item will arrive within 3-5 business working days after purchase.
If the item shows a delivery on or before date, this indicates that it is on pre-sale and is currently on its way to our warehouse. The item will be delivered to your door on or before the date specified.
For example, if the item says delivery on or before 4 November, delivery will occur on or before the 4th November. If the delivery on or before date changes after you have purchased and we haven’t contacted you, your delivery date range remains the same as originally stated at the time of your order.

Due to the large, bulky size of this product we can not deliver it to locations outside of the UK Mainland. This includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands. We appreciate your understanding regarding this issue considering the difficult nature of delivering these large, bulky items. Great sun lounger. It has rained a lot since purchasing this item but nuts and bolts have not rusted at all unlike some cheaper garden furniture I purchased from another retailer. All in all worth paying that little bit extra, would definitely reccommend.
Already had the table and chairs in the same colour in the garden. The loungers have been a fantastic addition to the set. Great quality and easy to assemble. Look really classy too.
Nice comfortable lounger, good price for quality
Looks lovely and stylish once assembled but isn’t comfortable to lay on without a cushion and Laura James don’t sell any for their sun loungers.

Happy with the lounger - good quality, well packaged, smooth delivery and great for the price point!
Sun loungers are very expensive and these seemed to be a very fair price. On look, they are nice and smart. However the rattan is damaged in certain places and was like that on arrival. In addition, on one of them the rattan pattern isn’t even straight (it’s a bit curved) and looks odd and is really annoying. But, we can’t be bothered to wait another 3 weeks so will just carry on with them.
