So, it turned up late. Not just a bit late but u had to chase and no response and then, finally got one, to say it would be late. Several of the parts are missing. I explained that the unit was integral to setting up my new flat as the position of my TV (and playstation and dvd etc.) was the focus of my lounge. I was sent an apology email where I had to go through the plans which were sent (a couple of whoch pieces were wrongly numbered) and let them know which bits were missing. I received an email apologising and was told it might take a while as they would have to deconstruct other units to send the right parts. Why is this my problem? I already paid for mine? Almost two weeks later and no further communication or delivery of parts. I am very doubtful this review will be published but am writing it to know that unless I get the bits and the product fulfillment and a genuine and sincere apology I will put it in a skip and instruct my credit card company to do a charge back. Are your customer services so busy they cannot even update me? Shame, as it is a really nice looking, decently priced, well made unit which is a good height (73 cm or so which is ideal for a larger TV) but woefully let down by simple process management and customer service.
