Arrived the day after purchasing, was very surprised . Very easy to put together I managed it alone within an hour.
Ordered bed said it had been sent via email I gave it the 3 working days it said to be delivered as I'd heard nothing at all so I rang them I must admit the lady from the customer service was so helpfully she looked into it being released and said he hadnt left the warehouse but the lady said she would get it released and sent out the next day and she would email me and truefull to her word i got an email that afternoon and the day after saying it was being delivered that day so I had a great experience with customer service I recieved the bed it is lovely my only one criticism the velvet on the bed base is a bit loose and puckered up as if maybe a second I'm not sure but all in all I'm very happy with my laura jane purchase
I’m am absolutely thrilled with my purchase. I would highly recommend your company the quality of the bed is great the delivery was fast . It was easy to assemble and the instructions were so easy to follow my bedroom looks stunning now thanks from a very happy customer
After reading reviews I was 50/50 as some said that order came with missing parts and I didn't want to have to go through that long process of emailing etc. But I am 100% happy with my bed its beautiful, its high so your not sunk down to much. Its strong and strudy.
