Laura James UK sofa guarantee

We want you to be happy with your Laura James UK made sofa. All UK sofas (namely Georgia, Frankie and Taylor) supplied by Laura James will be subject to the following guarantee from delivery to the customer’s home:
  • 1-year manufacturer’s guarantee
  • 10-year Frame guarantee

Subject to correct usage & maintenance and excluding fair wear & tear. 

Any defects must be notified to Laura James within a reasonable amount of time after delivery & once in use in the home, supported by an email in advance of any service being offered.

This should detail order track number, the product, date of delivery, reported fault & any images of fault. Where necessary a technician’s visit will be arranged to determine the issue and rectify if possible.
