Easy to keep fresh and clean, our outdoor cushions are removable and machine washable. Plump and super comfortable, you can also secure your cushions to the chairs with handy straps. They’ll make alfresco dining that much more enjoyable, and the pop of red/green will really lift any outdoor area.

    Delivery costs for this product:

    UNITED KINGDOM - £3.99

    Any orders before 1pm will be dispatched within 1-3 days - Monday to Friday. The item will arrive within 3-5 business working days after purchase.

    If you place your order on a Saturday or Sunday you can expect your item will be dispatched Wednesday at the latest, and therefore you should receive your item on Friday at the latest.

    If the item shows a delivery on or before date, this indicates that it is on pre-sale and is currently on its way to our warehouse. The item will be delivered to your door on or before the date specified.

    For example, if the item says delivery on or before 4 November, delivery will occur on or before the 4th November. If the delivery on or before date changes after you have purchased and we haven’t contacted you, your delivery date range remains the same as originally stated at the time of your order.

    Returns 

    Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, we’ll then confirm your eligibility for a refund and let you know how to return it to us. 

    You can return your order up to 28 days from the date of delivery.

    Never got item

    Ordered outdoor furniture set and recieved the chairs and cushions fine but no table. Spoke with Laura James who advised DHL had lost it and therefore they would send out a replacement.
    Laura James said the sent out a replacement table a further two times both of which were apparently sent via DHL. Not sure why after the 2nd lost table they would continue to send there products out vis DHL and the tracking numbers provided always showed on DHL website not recognised.
    The customer service was slow throughout I had to regularly send 3-4emails before getting a response. The result 5 weeks later is still in table and I've been refunded and gifted the cushions as an apology which I guess is ok but never will I use them again and feel like I've been fobbed off with using DHL as a scape goat I believe they have never sent the table to me.

    Still not arrived

    I would love to be able to write a positive review, however after the wrong colour cushions arrived, the correct ones were guaranteed to be with me within 5 working days. That was 3 weeks ago now.

    I am extremely sorry to hear you received the wrong cushions and the replacements are yet to arrive. I understand this must be extremely frustrating that this is yet to be resolved.

    I can see a member of customer service is currently investigating this with the couriers regarding your replacements and you were sent an email regarding this, this morning.

    Once again, I am extremely sorry and as soon as we receive a response we will come back to you.
