I had already spent £1k on my mattress so I was looking for a tidy but nice quality, basic bedstead - and this delivered on all counts. Easy to build, spot on the nose for dimensions and looks fabulous. No headboard required (I bought a 4ft bolster pillow for a tenner!) Smart & contemporary but stylish. Complemented nicely with my oak furniture ... with a black iron modern twist. So pleased!
You sent me a mail asking me to rate my order that was fulfilled 14 days ago?
No I still don't have my bed. XDP failed to deliver the first time since they didn't have my house number (which is impossible as I had to select my address after putting in my postcode) . Since then they appear to have lost my bed. Then it was found. Then they would ring me and apologise and deliver that day. Nothing. Then would definitely ring me on Friday 14th and deliver. Again, nothing.
I have cancelled my order with you and ordered from somewhere else.

We're so sorry to hear the experience you've had with our 3 party courier. I can see our customer service team leader has been in contact with XDP to investigate however, I understand how frustrating this must be.

Bed looks great, it was really quick/easy to assembly and Was great value for money as well.
Really happy with this product, very easy to assemble and looks great!
I messed up the delivery date when I ordered but the team were so helpful and then my bed arrived a few days later and 3 weeks ahead of schedule. Then when I opened the box, it was all well organised right down to the screws etc being in a packet that had each type labelled (rather than having to sort and hope you got the sizes right). All flat pack suppliers have something to learn from these guys. It couldn't have been made easier. The only downside was a big scratch on one of the parts but as it was an underside it can't be seen. I love my bed, it is sturdy and looks great.
