Since placing order in May to date I am yet to receive my order in full.

The delivery company (Furdeco) Laura Ashley, uses is vile and won’t return calls. They even opened my packaging and took out pieces. Then on reporting to Laura Ashley it has taken over two weeks to get anything from them. They claim to have sent the missing parts out with another delivery company but on checking the tracking it hasn’t been sent. No updates from Laura Ashley means I don’t know when I will get the parts. It isn’t for my lack of chasing but having no communication has left me very frustrated.

I just hope the product is ok when I get all the parts.

Appalling service. I ordered the 10 piece Ratton cube set. Firstly one of the glass panels was broken and the rubber bugs that go under the table were missing. Recieved a new pane of glass which was dispatched very quickly, however it was the wrong one. Then had to wait for another one to arrive. In the mean time I have contacted them 3 times regarding the rubber bugs as the glass cant be fitted without then. 6 weeks since the arrival of the set and I'm still waiting. I've been told twice theyve been sent out but still nothing. I've asked for the set to be collected and surprise surprise no correspondence and still no rubber bungs. So therefore a table I cant use. Disgraceful service

We chose the 6 seat/4 stool option for a 2 adult/2 teenager family, and this is definitely the right size for us - the smaller option would have been too cramped.

The instructions were easy to follow, and takes c. 4hrs to build from start to finish, and we were really pleased with the result - the chairs are stable and comfortable and the set is easy to manoeuvre around.

There are definitely improvements that can be made which would improve the set further:

1. the ratchet provided was poor quality and made the job take longer than it should have.
2. the fixing for the parasol is disappointingly poor. The clip doesn't fix properly to the glass, and the merest breeze lifts it out.
3. The base clip to fix the parasol isn't as good as it should be and doesn't lock the parasol in place effectively (which would prevent the problem in 2).
4. There is no parasol cover - which is necessary to protect the material

Despite these niggles, we are pleased with the overall result, think the set represents good value for money and would certainly recommend to others.
