Well, I'd happily review my lovely new 10 seater rattan furniture set if I had actually received it! After waiting for 3 months and receiving a confirmed delivery time, I patiently waited at home having taken the day off work, and guess what....no delivery. No phone call, email or notification to say my delivery had been delayed but thinking it must be a simple error, I phoned customer services at Furdeco who were the delivery agent. Their answer, no delivery for you, it's out of stock. How can it be put of stock I ask, not my problem came the answer. Next phone call to Laura James. Yeah, sorry about that, Furdeco must have lost your order, you can wait for the batch being shipped from China but we don't have any parasols in stock. A complete and utter cluster, money now back in my account and I'd advise buying from Laura James with caution and make sure you purchase using a credit card to give you some protection.
