Very poor quality item and far too small - impossible to fit to the 8 seater cube furniture. Had to purchase another from another supplier which is far better quality & a good fit, although more expensive. Now trying to sort out a refund for this one despite LJ expecting me to pay for the return by which point it will be more expensive to return after that & the £3.99 delivery charge - than its worth as it has now been reduced to £7 on their website. Avoid purchasing this item.

Delivery of the cover only was very slow it took over a week to be delivered the cube heavy furniture I purchased from another company only took 2 days. It fits very tightly could do with a bigger size as you struggle to cover your furniture. I did think about returning but you dont receive your delivery charge and you have to pay the return postage.

Another fab product from Laura James packaged well no damage looks lovely 😊 this is the 2nd time we’ve ordered and will def be back again have recommended to friends . The customer service is great even during these strange times was kept up to date with order by email staff very pleasant . Ordered the 8 seat Ratten cube set, well worth the wait, went together easily tools were provided and well packaged. Overall great quality and super impressed with the parasol which has LED lights powered via solar panel to the top!! very happy. Thank you Laura James will recommend to friends and family!!!

Although I had to be super patient waiting for this set to come back in to stock, and even more patient waiting for it to arrive, it was soo worth the wait!! AND it arrived nine days early; happy days. Everything arrived perfectly boxed and even had the relevant tools to build the flat pack patio furniture. My husband had it done in no time at all and we really couldn't be happier; it really has finished off our newly laid patio a treat. Thanks Laura James ... now, what else can I order???
